1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you ("Player", "User", "You") and dbt66 ("dbt66", "We", "Us", "Our", "the Platform") with respect to your use of the website located at dbt66.app and all related services, features, content, games, and promotions offered thereon.

By completing the registration process on dbt66.app, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.
• You accept our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• You understand and accept the inherent risks associated with online gambling and sports betting.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• The funds you deposit and wager are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of criminal activity.

dbt66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication at dbt66.app/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Where a material change is made, dbt66 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address on file.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in all circumstances, including any dispute or ambiguity arising from a translated version.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain an account on dbt66.app, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old. Proof of age may be required at any point.
• Identity: You must be a real individual acting in your own name. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• Jurisdiction: You must access dbt66 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by law applicable to you personally. dbt66 targets the Bangladesh market and is designed for adult Bangladeshi players.
• Mental capacity: You must be of sound mind and capable of making legally binding decisions. dbt66 accounts may not be operated by any person who has been diagnosed with a gambling disorder and who is subject to a voluntary or involuntary self-exclusion order.
• Not an employee: Employees, contractors, officers, and agents of dbt66, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in promotions.

dbt66 uses a combination of declaration at registration, NID (National Identity Document) verification, and third-party identity verification services to confirm player eligibility. Where age or identity cannot be verified to dbt66's satisfaction, the account will be suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be withheld pending successful verification.

If dbt66 determines at any point that you did not meet the eligibility criteria at the time of registration or at any subsequent time, your account will be closed, all bonuses will be voided, and any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with applicable law and dbt66's internal compliance procedures.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one account on dbt66.app. Opening, maintaining, or operating more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. dbt66 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bonuses and promotional winnings, and withhold any funds pending a fraud investigation.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. dbt66 will use this information to verify your identity, process transactions, and communicate important account information. You are responsible for updating your account information promptly if any details change. dbt66 is not liable for failed transactions or missed communications resulting from outdated account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. dbt66 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, available in the security settings panel. Any activity conducted through your account is presumed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified dbt66 of an unauthorised access event in writing to [email protected]. dbt66 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

dbt66 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. The Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process requires you to submit:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the past 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or similar).
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of mobile wallet registered in your name).

Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request being submitted may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to your account wallet. dbt66 may request additional documentation at any time at its discretion as part of its ongoing compliance obligations.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

dbt66 currently supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dbt66 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees independent of dbt66.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the dbt66 cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. dbt66 reserves the right to revise these limits at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have not completed KYC verification may be subject to lower withdrawal limits until verification is complete.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes during operational hours. Withdrawals via bank transfer may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving financial institution. dbt66 does not guarantee processing times as they are partly dependent on third-party payment providers. All withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, as part of our anti-money laundering controls.

4.4 Deposit of Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds that belong to you personally and that originate from legitimate, legal sources. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is prohibited. dbt66 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation as part of its compliance obligations. Any funds identified as originating from criminal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated account will be suspended immediately.

4.5 Currency

The dbt66 platform operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). All displayed game values, bonus amounts, deposit limits, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in BDT. dbt66 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies directly. If your payment method operates in a foreign currency, your bank or payment provider will apply its own conversion rate and dbt66 is not responsible for any exchange rate differences or conversion fees.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Terms

dbt66 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and tournament prizes. All bonus offers are subject to individual promotional terms published at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion's terms, all bonuses awarded by dbt66 are subject to a wagering requirement before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated at the point of bonus acceptance. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means that the total bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in qualifying games before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion:

• Slots: 100% contribution towards wagering requirements.
• Live Casino table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10% contribution.
• Sports betting: 100% contribution on pre-match markets with minimum odds of 1.5.
• Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar: 20% contribution.
• Colour prediction and instant games: 50% contribution.

5.3 Bonus Validity and Expiry

All bonuses at dbt66 carry an expiry date, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of bonus award, as specified in the individual promotional terms. Bonus funds and associated wagering progress that have not been completed by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. dbt66 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

dbt66 has zero tolerance for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk; coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms; or providing false information to claim a bonus. Where bonus abuse is detected, dbt66 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, close the account, and withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.

5.5 Promotional Changes

dbt66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus will not be adversely affected by a mid-promotion change, provided they continue to comply with the original promotional terms.

6. Game Rules & Betting

6.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on dbt66 — including slots, live dealer games, Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and colour prediction games — are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology supplied by reputable third-party game studios. dbt66 does not own or develop these games; game-specific rules are determined by the game provider and are displayed within each game's interface. By participating in any casino game on dbt66.app, you accept the rules of that game as presented.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on dbt66 cover cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, and other domestic and international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. All betting markets, odds, and outcomes are subject to dbt66's sportsbook rules, which are available in the sportsbook section of the platform. dbt66 reserves the right to suspend, void, or amend any betting market in the event of a technical error, data feed failure, material change in event circumstances, or where there is reasonable suspicion of match manipulation or irregular betting patterns.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or betting event, dbt66 reserves the right to void the affected round, spin, or bet and return the wagered amount to the player's account. dbt66 is not liable for losses resulting from interrupted internet connections, device failures, or other technical issues on the player's side. 6.4 Maximum Winnings

dbt66 reserves the right to apply a maximum single-session winnings cap as specified in individual game or promotion terms. Where a maximum winnings limit applies, it will be clearly disclosed before play commences. Winnings in excess of the stated maximum may be subject to adjustment at dbt66's discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on dbt66.app. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all associated bonuses and winnings voided, and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or under aliases.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit games, or manipulate outcomes.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino games, or sports betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or other corrupt activity in relation to any sporting event available for betting on dbt66.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any deposit made to dbt66 other than through dbt66's official dispute process.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Exploiting software bugs or platform errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from a known software error must be reported to support immediately; failure to do so is a breach of these Terms.
• Attempting to access dbt66's administrative systems, databases, or infrastructure through any unauthorised means.
• Using the dbt66 platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.

8. Account Closure & Termination

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your dbt66 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited and the associated bonus balance removed. Any remaining real-money balance that is eligible for withdrawal will be paid out to your verified payment method subject to completion of KYC verification.

8.2 Closure for Responsible Gaming Purposes

If you wish to close your account as part of a self-exclusion or responsible gaming decision, please specify this clearly in your request. Self-exclusion closures are processed under dbt66's responsible gaming policy, which is distinct from a standard voluntary closure. 8.3 Closure by dbt66

dbt66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false or fraudulent information.
• dbt66 suspects money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• The player is found to be under the age of 18.
• The player is found to be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law applicable to that individual.
• Continued operation of the account presents a reputational, regulatory, or financial risk to dbt66.

In cases of account closure by dbt66 for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), any bonus balances, bonus winnings, and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be voided. Legitimate real-money deposits may be returned at dbt66's discretion subject to completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

8.4 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, you will lose access to dbt66.app and all associated services. dbt66 will retain your account data for the period required under applicable data retention obligations. These Terms, including all dispute resolution provisions and limitations of liability, survive the closure of your account.
